We are manufacturer and trade combined company, Yoho is registed as a trading company , our factory mainly produces wicker furniture and patio furniture.
As per market requirement, we also provide some items that our partners make. As being a reputable Outdoor Furniture Supplier, we are totally controling the quality and lead time for all the orders that our customers place.

Do you have test reports for the products?

Yes we do. ITS, SGS, BV and TUV. Our factory has BSCI certificate. We have been in this business for over 10 years. Our products have been exported to more than 20 countries and we've got very positive feedback from our customer both for competitiveness of our price and our quality. You could place a small trial order to see our quality

Can we make some changes for the products into our own style?

Most of our products support customization, and you can build your own unique product from scratch with us

What is your lead time?

Usually the lead time for our items is about 45 days after receiving the formal order and deposit, it is also related to our production season. If it happens around hot seasons (May-October), lead time would be around 60 days and even longer during Chinese new year (Jan—March). If the order placed in our low season (end of May ---Aug), lead time would be about 30 days for many items.

Can I put my logo on the product?

What is your MOQ

If there is no mold involved in the item, we don't require any MOQ. If there is mold required for any new product like cast alum items, it must have MOQ to cover high mould charge. Or mold charge can be calculated separately, which could be returned when massive order up to certain high Qty.

How long is the warranty?

Yoho Outdoor Furniture Supplier's warranty depends on categories and item level, we have 5 year warranty for some of our thick wicker items and large cast alum tables. For some cheap steel items, our warranty is for half year after shipping. It also depends on products and customer requirement for the products.

What is your policy and pricing for samples?

For new customers, the Sample charge is twice of single unit price and could be refunded when a full container is placed. For old clients, usually we offer one piece sample for free with sample value below 50USD. and freight cost.

What is your payment policy?

As per our company policy, we only accept 30%deposit and 70% against BL or LC term for first cooperation. we do offer OA also for some old customers.
