It depends on the item, if it is an old item and with no mould related, we usually have no MOQ requirement. If an item is related to fabric or mould issue, if the available fabric would be acceptable to the customer, we can also manage any Qty. if there is mould related for any new item like cast alum item, it must have MOQ to cover high mould charge. or mould charge can be calculated separately, which could be returned when massive order is up to a certain high Qty.

For new customers with the first deal, the Sample charge is twice of unit price and could be refunded when one full container is placed. Freight prepaid or collected. We usually offer a one-piece sample for free for old customers with a sample value below 50USD. And freight collect.

It depends on categories and item level; we have a 5-year warranty for some of our thick wicker items and large cast alum tables. Our warranty is for half a year after shipping for some cheap steel items. It also depends on products and customer requirements for the products.
