A regular business day but full of opportunities

In 2013 Yoho received an inquiry from an American customer; her name was Susan.

Initially, Susan wanted to buy Cast Aluminum sets from a Chinese factory, yet She contacted us even though she knew we were a trading company rather than a manufacturer.

 

SPOILER ALERT: Susan listened to what we had to offer, and later she was happy with the results. 

 

Winning a client is priceless.

Susan is still one of our most loyal clients, with an annual stable order volume. Yet, what made her change her mind about directly ordering outdoor furniture from manufacturers rather than a trading company?

Customers frequently inquired about our products , but they were hesitant to deal with suppliers. Instead, they wanted to deal with manufacturers directly.

Dealing with Chinese manufacturers yourself is sometimes a pain in the back (not all). Most workers in factories are laborers, which means you gotta wait a few days for your inquiry to be answered by anyone. A few factories got people who speak elegant English.

We would appreciate it if you compared our quotation between other manufacturers and suppliers. We showed her the factory showroom as well; in the end, she agreed to give us a chance and, NO, we did not disappoint her at all; our ultimate goal is a very satisfied client.
